Spring Fishing is Getting Close

I have not reported in a while because there was not much to report.  The late spring that we are having has really made fishing difficult the past few weeks. Trout have been hard to find but drum and sheepshead have been providing some action fished with market bait on the bottom on a drop rig.  Last week a few trout were caught on the bridges on a few good weather days, but the action has been inconsistent.  After this last cold front moderates, the fishing should pick up and from then on the spring fishing should BE ON!  I am having a custom boat built for me and it should be ready by mid-April.
